Fees and Financial Support

We do not charge any intrinsic conference fee!

Unless otherwise stated, the participants are expected to cover their own travel costs and pay for their own meals.

Please understand that COST rules do not allow us to subsidize full meals.

Coffee breaks and conference room are paid for by COST MecaNano

Financial support

MecaNano will strive to refund travel costs, in particular for early career researchers, as possible within the budget available.

All travel reimbursements are administered AFTER the event. Participants must arrange their own transport and accomodation for the event. MecaNano is not responsible for any travel arrangements, only the reimbursement AFTER the event.

REMEMBER: Only members MecaNano will have the opportunity to have their travel refunded. If you are not already a MecaNano member, please join (no fees!) through the e-COST platform. Please apply well in advance (at least 1 month) before the event
